Step 5:

1. If you need to obtain your prescription(s) from your eye care professional, you can click on the "prescription release " link to print out our pre-formated rx release to be given to your doctor.
2. Select the method in which you would like your prescription to be verified. If you are a repeat customer, and would like us to use the rx information we have on file, select the first option.
3. Select your shipping method. Please note that all times as indicated are in business days and counted from the day after we ship your package.
4. If you have a coupon code, enter it now, and press the "Apply" button. If the coupon was accepted, you will see the updated order total, and coupon description if there is one.
5. Before proceeding to the payment section, press the "Update" button to ensure that everything has been calculated correctly, and that all your order information (including prescriptions, quantities, patient names, total charges etc...) is correct.
