Prescriptions for this product may be written in any of the following variations, including (but not limited to) "Extreme Toric", "Extreme H2O Toric", "Extreme H2O 54% Toric", etc. All variations that include the words "Extreme" and "Toric" refer to this lens.

Prescriptions that specify "TLC" (or just "LC") require a -0.65 cylinder selection and prescriptions that specify "TMC" (or just "MC" require a -1.25 cylinder selection.
