The lenses we sell are sourced from the same suppliers that your doctor uses and therefore will be the same as you would get from your doctor. Unlike smaller internet retailers, we are authorized distributors for Acuvue, Ciba Vision and B&L and our products carry the full manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also provide manufacturer authorized rebates where applicable. Shipping Policy
We carry the most common prescriptions in stock, and ship the same day whenever possible. In stock orders placed before 2pm EST are shipped same day. 80% of all orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. Certain toric and custom order (made to order and vial) lenses can take longer, in which case your order status will be updated online. Most US and international orders are shipped out of our New York warehouse. Please see our shipping page for rates and time guidelines.

Return Policy
We guarantee your lenses to be exactly the same as you would get from your doctors office and to be free from any defects in manufacturing or we will replace them at no charge. Refunds can be made on unopened and unmarked packages within 30 days of receipt. Items returned for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Restocking fees are normally waived for items being exchanged or returned for in-store credit. MTO (made to order) and XR (extended range) lenses are custom orders, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Click here for more info.

Prescription Change Policy
Exchanges due to prescription changes can be made on unopened, unmarked full boxes of lenses within 6 months of receipt. Lenses from Acuvue (Johnson & Johnson) can be exchanged within 1 year. There is no fee for this service. We are not able to accept returns on boxes that have been written on, damaged or resealed. We are unable to exchange vial lenses or individual/loose lenses from an opened box. Certain restrictions apply on made-to-order (MTO) lenses and custom ordered items. Click here for more info.

All transactions on LensDiscounters.com are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption by Verisign, the leading security certification authority on the internet. For additional security, we do not store your credit card information on file -- it is deleted once your transaction completes. All the information you give us is protected under our Privacy Statement. We will not sell or distribute any of your personal information, and will only use your email to send you information related to your order (order confirmations, shipping confirmations) and other authorized mailings (re-order reminders, contact lens offers). We also give you the option of removing your email address from your account at any time.
